You ain't at Greene's, but you are close! 1912 & 1912 A Stone St are 2 fishing cottages next to what was Greene's club house/fish camp. Both houses are built over the marsh and have been in the same family since the mid 1960's. 1912 (the big house) was home to a family of 5, while 1912A was used as the "summer house" or "dock house" for guest to stay. Both properties will be sold together. Both homes have fantastic views and exposure to the summer afternoon southeastern breeze. The deep water dock on Half Moon River makes for a quick run out to Little Tybee & Wassaw Sound. Halfmoon River has only a few docks with very little boat traffic.
