This little bungle is ready for some TLC. House is located right outside the Town of Burgaw at I-40. Needs a good bit of repair: Floor rotted through in 3rd bedroom and issues in the rear living spaces. House currently has no electric, condition of the septic and well are unknown. There is an HVAC unit, but unsure if unit works. Would be a great old farmhouse to restore for the right person.
